Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Practice Manager to join National Skin Cancer Centres at our Fremantle clinic. This is the perfect opportunity for a dynamic leader with the skills to facilitate change develop initiatives and delegate effectively within these vibrant and high-performing teams.


About the Role

  • Supported by a dedicated Area Manager
  • Fantastic work culture with support from experienced industry leaders
  • Clinic operates Monday - Friday between 8.00am - 5.00pm

  • Salary dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the team to ensure smooth clinic operations
  • Drive productivity and efficiency within the clinics
  • Deliver exceptional patient service and foster a strong patient-care ethos
  • Onboard train and support new team members anddoctors
  • Provide reception support as needed
  • Participate in marketing initiatives to grow the business
  • Account and budget management
  • Implement process improvements and change management initiatives
  • Engage motivate and manage team members to achieve business goals

Your Background and Qualifications

  • Experience as a Practice Manager or similar role within the healthcare industry is preferred
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience using practice management software such as Best Practice will be highly regarded
  • Strong customer service skills and understanding of patient care
  • Ability to manage expenses within budget and focus on achieving KPIs
  • Proven people management skills with the ability to drive a positive team culture
  • Experience in onboarding training and rostering team members and the onboarding of new doctors
  • Mindset for business development innovation and growth
  • Authorised to work in Australia
