Description

The ROLE

Were seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team in a 12-month parental leave cover role providing support to our People Partners in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience while working alongside a passionate and dedicated team. In this role youll contribute to a variety of exciting projects and initiatives including HRIS implementation assist with end-to-end recruitment offer people-centred HR support and advice to our 850 employees and provide administrative assistance to the broader People team.



Skills And Experiences

About YOU

  • Minimum of two years experience in a similar HR role
  • Ability to support an end-to-end recruitment process
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms or an ability to quickly adapt to new systems (experience with ELMO is desirable)
  • Previous experience contributing to project delivery teams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of our business
  • Strong organisational time management and problem-solving skills
  • Current Drivers Licence
