Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is bright enthusiastic and eager to learn and think creatively in a fast-paced demanding environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing detailed offering documents for municipal transactions. This role requires adherence to standardized procedures to ensure the accuracy consistency and timely completion of all deliverables.

As a Official Statement Analyst you will:

  • Research prepare and review bond offering documents in alignment with transaction timelines including collecting demographic debt and taxpayer data.

  • Collaborate with the Support Bankers to ensure accurate client information is included in the official statement and that continuing disclosure status is properly reflected.

  • Revise finalize and distribute bond offering documents to the working group; post finalized versions to internal and external platforms and share with the Municipal Bond Underwriting team or potential bidders as appropriate.

  • Utilize and maintain standardized templates for bond offering documents; ensure the associated language library remains current and accurate.

  • Source and organize publicly available financial data to support the automated generation of financial tables required in official statements and disclosure documents.

  • Coordinate with the Legal Department to review and approve requested template changes.

  • Analyze gathered data to identify key issues and ensure all relevant factors are addressed in documentation.

  • Maintain detailed records and correspondence related to debt issuances in accordance with compliance protocols.

  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

What we look for:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree with 03 years of prior work experience.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple assignments meet deadlines and deliver accurate work.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and familiarity with industry-specific software (e.g. SQL)

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks manage time effectively and handle multiple projects independently or as part of a team

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients

  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality customer service and the ability to perform well under pressure
