Operations consists of our Brand & Communications Central Tech Finance People Real Estate/Workplace/Events/Facilities/Security (REWFS) Strategy & Operations and Ventures teams. These teams provide the essential operations services and strategies needed to support CZIs progress toward achieving its mission to build a better future for everyone.

Technical Recruiters at CZI are key partners and consultants to hiring managers and leaders across the organization who develop strategies to attract and hire outstanding technical talent from a wide range of backgrounds and levels.
As a member of our Technology Recruiting team youll lead the hiring delivery for a function provide direction on a diverse and sophisticated set of candidate markets and build strategies to allow us to source engage and hire the best talent.
This is a hybrid position: team members are expected to work from our office in Redwood City CA 60% of the working month (about 3 days per week).
The Redwood City CA base pay range for this role is $153000 - $230000. New hires are typically hired into the lower portion of the range enabling employee growth in the range over time. Actual placement in range is based on job-related skills and experience as evaluated throughout the interview process.
