You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailA growing IT services company is seeking a skilled and experienced Level 2 MSP Technician to provide advanced technical support both in-office and on-site. This in-person role requires strong networking and systems expertise ideally within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment. Candidates must have their own vehicle; mileage will be reimbursed.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide Level 2 support for networking server and software issues.
Configure and troubleshoot firewalls switches and access points (Fortinet Cisco SonicWall Ubiquiti Juniper).
Support Office 365 environments and RingCentral VOIP systems.
Deliver excellent customer service and communicate technical solutions clearly.
Document all work and resolutions accurately within the ticketing system.
Mentor junior technicians and contribute to team knowledge development.
Travel to client sites as needed.
Ideal Qualifications:
5 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
Strong hands-on experience with Fortinet Cisco SonicWall Ubiquiti and/or Juniper networking equipment.
Proficient with Office 365 Active Directory and RingCentral or similar VOIP platforms.
Excellent documentation troubleshooting and communication skills.
Must have a valid drivers license and personal vehicle.
