The program manager would be responsible for the daily execution coordination and strategic alignment of research operations and stakeholder engagement. Their role ensures the program runs efficiently meets its objectives and delivers actionable results to our military public and private partners.

Job Description

Duties include:

Assist in designing and organizing research studies on cognitive resilience stress adaptation fatigue mitigation and neurologic optimization for military personnel.
Oversee the day-to-day management of research projects on neurologic performance cognitive resilience and human optimization.
Track project milestones deliverables and performance metrics to ensure goals are met.
Conduct regular team meetings progress updates and risk assessments.
Oversee procurement of specialized equipment such as neuroimaging tools cognitive performance trackers or AI-driven monitoring systems.
Provide regular updates briefings and presentations on research progress and operational impact.
Develop contingency plans for unforeseen challenges such as data integrity issues or operational constraints.
Prepare scientific publications white papers and classified briefings when applicable.
Ensure proper documentation for funding agencies military partners and institutional oversight bodies.
Assist in designing and organizing research studies on cognitive resilience stress adaptation fatigue mitigation and neurologic optimization for military personnel.
Coordinate research protocols including experimental design data collection methods and participant recruitment.
Work with military units research labs and universities to facilitate study implementation.
Ensure logistical support for field studies including securing facilities equipment and necessary personnel.
Ensure all research follows the Institutional Review Board (IRB) and military human research protection guidelines.
Maintain compliance with DoD and federal regulations regarding human subject research.
Assist in drafting and submitting protocols amendments and consent forms for ethical approval.
Coordinate screening scheduling and informed consent procedures.
