Client Sales Support ProfessionalWhat does a great Client Sales Support Professional do at Fiserv
Join Fiserv as a Client Sales Support Professional and play a vital role in securing and nurturing client relationships for a globally recognized company. Your primary focus will be on pricing matters supporting the sales team in developing renewal or migration deals for existing Fiserv APs. As an integral part of a dynamic team you will become a trusted expert in pricing strategies for a specific product set contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with Sales Account Management Product Management Finance and Contract Admin to create renewal or migration deals for existing Fiserv APs
- Develop expertise in pricing for a particular product or product set
- Coordinate with internal departments and subject matter experts to gather necessary information
- Assist Account Executives/Sales in pursuing new business opportunities
- Ensure Proposal Pricing responses are accurate complete and of high quality before distribution
- Submit Pricing Proposals on time and with excellence adhering to Corporate and Business Unit processes
- Perform additional duties as needed
What You Will Need To Have:
- 0-5 years of relevant experience educational background or military experience
- Strong business relationship building skills
- Excellent organizational abilities with a track record of handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills especially in conveying technical information clearly and persuasively
- Adaptability to evolving strategies and configurations
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel Word and PowerPoint
What Would Be Great To Have:
- Prior experience in business sales support or a related role
- Background in the financial services industry is advantageous
- Previous experience in Proposal Pricing is a plus
