Role Definition
Assist in the processes to prepare review book and fund financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and checking documents such as corporate documents and signing authority documentation to ensure legal enforceability.

• Ensuring transactions are correctly documented and booked correctly into the system of record.

• Supporting and coordinating workflow for the funding processes.

• Generating regular and ad-hoc reports of the fund administration and distributing to dealers and vendors.

Degree or equivalent experience desired

• Processes limited amounts of detailed financial product orders with a high level of accuracy.

• Applies checklists to ensure that financial product orders are fulfilled without errors.

• Aligns the development and implementation of order processing with the banks objectives.

Financial Instruments: Knowledge of the concepts types and applications of financial instruments; ability to perform analyses management and other related tasks associated with financial service business.
Level Basic Understanding:

• Names and categorizes different types of financial instruments.

• Describes the key features of debt equity and derivative instruments.

• Differentiates financial assets and financial instruments.

• Lists major laws and regulations related to financial instruments.

Initiative: Being proactive and committing to action on self-identified job responsibilities and challenges; ability to seek out work and the drive to accomplish goals.
Level Basic Understanding:

• Describes opportunities for taking initiative in the organization.
