Job Description
IT Support & System Engineer
The IT Support & System Engineer is responsible for providing technical support maintaining and optimizing Microsoft and cloud-based systems and ensuring a stable IT infrastructure. This contributes to smooth operational processes for internal users and external partners.
Responsibilities:
Provide first- and second-line support:
Troubleshooting hardware software and network issues for end users
Supporting Microsoft 365 applications cloud-based systems on-premise systems and network infrastructureSystem management and optimization:
Monitoring system performance installing upgrades and implementing optimizations
Installing configuring and maintaining workstations network equipment and peripherals
Ensuring continuous operation of serversIT infrastructure and security:
Implementing system upgrades patches and performance improvements
Assisting with backup strategies disaster recovery and continuity planningDocumentation and knowledge management:
Documenting system configurations and procedures for efficient troubleshooting
Helping build and maintain the knowledge base using the Confluence applicationCollaboration & innovation:
Acting as a key link between external partners and Europal
Advising on IT processes and optimizations to ensure the IT infrastructure remains secure and up-to-date
Staying up to date with IT trends and best practices

You hold a BA degree in IT or have equivalent experience
You have strong knowledge of Windows Server management Active Directory and Group Policy
Youre familiar with Office 365 VPN VLAN TCP/IP DNS and DHCP
Your troubleshooting skills in hardware software and networking are solid
You are not afraid to communicate in French
Customer-oriented service is second nature to you
You are flexible and willing to travel between our sites in Kortrijk Blandain and Mouscron
