Essential Job Functions (F&B Supervisor):
Carries out all policies of the F&B department and Company.
Assists in training of employees.
Maintains open communication between all personnel working in F&B department.
In absence of the manager may act on his/her behalf.
Assigns stations and job duties.
Assists in controlling labor and food & beverage cost for department.
Understands and demonstrates the managements point of view.
Knowledge of safety procedures including food handling to ensure employee and
customer safety.
Ensures compliance of all applicable liquor laws for the department.
Essential Job Functions (Cocktail Server):
Checks supply and maintain proper set up and cleanliness of service station before
during and after shift.
Always maintains cleanliness of guest areas including removing empty
glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtrays.
Greets guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explains all special promotions.
Serve and replenish beverages as requested.
Abides by all State Federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic
beverage service to minors and intoxicated guests.
