Senior Project ManagerWhat does a successful Senior Project Manager do at Fiserv
You will work with the Cybersecurity organization to deliver on critical cybersecurity initiatives that defend and protect Fiservs technology and will be responsible for monitoring cost schedule and technical performance of component projects and operations while working to ensure the ultimate success of the program. You will also be responsible for stakeholder management particularly stakeholders external to the organization.
What you will do:
- Ensure project methodologies project delivery processes and implementation management processes are followed which includes managing and driving Project Schedule; Risk and Issue Management; Scope Change Management and managing the project budget
- Understand and validate estimates cost variance tracking and managing project resources effectively
- Provide clear and concise project communication both written and verbal to multiple levels of the company
- Facilitate/manage stakeholder client and project team expectations
- Make complex decisions and recommendations under limited direction and using high degree of initiative and independent judgment
What you will need to have:
- 8 years of total IT experience
- 6 years experience in delivering projects within budget and specified timeframes while ensuring customer satisfaction
- 5 years experience in problem-solving skills from problem assessment to solution selection identifying alternatives and making contingency plans
- 5 years experience embracing change and quickly adapt to new situations changes in direction and altering priorities
- 5 years experience in Microsoft Office tools including Microsoft Project
- A bachelors degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education work and/or military experience
What would be great to have:
- 5 years successful experience managing medium to large projects/programs
- 3 years experience in Application Development managing Cybersecurity projects
- 2 years experience in Clarity PPM
- 2 years experience Azure DevOps Kanban board

Salary Range
$99400.00 - $177600.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
