FT - 40 hrs/week

Developmental Pathways (DP) has an opportunity for a Project Coordinator II in our Community Engagement (CE) Department.The Project Coordinator II will serve as the point person for community engagement projects manage internal collaboration and assign projects to appropriate team members.
Our ideal Project Coordinator II is motivated collaborative and a passionate project manager to help drive projects and events.
This role offers a 4-day 40-hour work week Monday-Thursday and includes the flexibility to work remotely as well as the opportunity to collaborate in-person at our headquarters office in Aurora CO and/or at off-site locations.

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
  • Thorough working knowledge of Outlook Microsoft Office and related business and communication tools
  • Valid Colorado motor vehicle license & proof of motor vehicle insurance
  • Ability to meet and maintain agency driving requirements
  • Upon request qualifying need and approval driving requirements may be waived in lieu of reliable transportation.
    Preferred
    • Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing Development or a related field
    • Experience in outreach and engagement
    • Working knowledge of the disability field the community/resources and the populations served
    • Experience working in the healthcare and/or non-profit sector

    Additional Responsibilities
    • Plan organize monitor and oversee projects utilizing cross-functional teams to deliver defined requirements and meet strategic communication and organizational objectives
    • Serve as point person for community engagement projects and manage the internal collaboration assigning projects to appropriate team members
    • Work with various project leads and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure quality control throughout project life cycles
    • Develop oversee and execute project plans including project life cycles project requirements resource requirements change management processes risk management key milestones communication mechanisms and deliverables
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for projects; manage and resolve any changes or issues related to the project. Develop reports and recommendations and communicate plans via written and oral presentations to project sponsors stakeholder groups and the organization
    • Provide administrative support for the project including data entry data management and other items as needed to move the project forward
    • Maintain seek and manage vendor relationships
    • Provide support for overall Community Engagement efforts
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and leaders
    • Allocate necessary resources for project completion including understanding and utilizing staff resources to complete projects
    • Maintain budgets for and report out on project spend

We are also Colorados largest Early Intervention (EI) provider and help connect young children to essential resources serving the City of Aurora in addition.
