The Role:
As our Manager of Inventory Control youll play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing inventory systems across multiple warehouses. From analyzing data trends to leading strategic projects using Lean and continuous improvement methodologies youll drive operational efficiency that directly supports frontline healthcare workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead inventory control programs and cycle count accuracy initiatives
- Collaborate across departments to identify and reduce inefficiencies
- Coach and mentor inventory staff and support talent development
- Provide data analytics to finance and executive teams
- Support system-wide operational improvements through Lean tools
Additional Skills:
- Bachelor diploma or equivalent required
- 3 years of experience in inventory management preferably in healthcare or distribution
- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel mastery a plus)
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues swiftly and effectively.

Qualifications
The Successful Candidate will bring:
- High School or GED Graduate.
- Read write and speak English for work related communication.
- Two years experience working in a distribution center environment required; previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Current student of a supply chain and logistics program would be considered.
