Supports development and delivery of communications materials to time and budget. Ensures all regular communications materials are kept updated and deadlines and actions are met.
Typical accountabilities
Supports the Communications Director by developing and building communications tools under direction including: generic and project specific decks speaker kits toolkits infographics internal videos newsletters and social media posts
Writes clear simple direct communications narratives using plain English
Plans and co-ordinates communications sequencing across a range of stakeholder groups
Updates and maintains contact directories to manage target audiences globally
Interprets data into simple visuals
Produces material in line with AZ branding which meets quality standards
Provides technical support to team meetings by running slides/videos MS Teams guest management
Desirable
Excellent English written and speaking skills
High school qualification
Prior writing/communications experience
Ability to follow and deliver timetables
Interest in social media/design skills
Able to self-educate in new skills
Competence in the use of relevant office equipment and
systems
Experience of a variety of software/systems including
Excel Teams and Office
Strong attention to detail
Customer Service Skills
