Your Impact - What will I do as a Orderline Representative
Reporting to one of our contact centre leaders you will be the welcoming friendly voice of QVC and be passionate about providing world class customer service. Our Orderline team members handle inbound customer calls efficiently & accurately processing customer orders whilst promoting engaging products to improve customer loyalty.
Whilst working as part of a team to ensure our overall success you will also work towards achievable individual performance targets.
To set you up to be successful and ensure you are ready to be great in your role you will be provided with a supportive and seamless onboarding experience which will include two weeks of training.
Remote working approach
We aim to provide a flexible workplace where you can enjoy a combination of working from home and office-based working. Your Leader can discuss what options we have available and what will work best for you.
Please ensure you have a space for your computer setup complete with two monitors and a stable internet connection to facilitate your tasks effectively.
