Summary
We are looking for a Project Manager Eurofighter Radar (f/m/d) for the area Eurofighter Radar Development or sub-area RSE (Radar Support Equipment) at the Ulm site as soon as possible.The RSE (Radar Support Equipment) division is responsible for the definition development production delivery and operational support of radar support equipment. The Radar Support Equipment has the task to support the integration & verification of the Eurofighter Radar Prime Equipment in the best possible way.
Your Tasks
Management of an RSE project (Radar Support Equipment) and several RSE sub-projects as part of the overall Eurofighter radar development project
Independent and autonomous handling of international projects
Responsible for the performance of the project in time cost and quality as well as customer satisfaction (internal and external)
Ensuring robust and efficient project planning including task allocation and management of the project team (application of Integrated Project Monitoring and Control methods)
Negotiating with customers and consortium partners for the best possible positioning of HENSOLDT within the Eurofighter Radar consortia
Controlling and monitoring the performance of external (partly internal) partners / subcontractors (consortium / supplier)
Ensuring active risk and opportunity management.
Responsible / contact person for NPA (National Price Audit) of RSE projects
Embedding the engineering review processes (PR / RR / PDR / CDR / TRR / VRR - internal and external if applicable) into the project
Set-up and execution of ILS & ISS RSE projects (current and predecessor)
Willingness to travel is required.
Your Profile
Completed technical studies in the field of communications engineering electrical engineering software development or alternatively a degree in economics
Many years of relevant professional experience as a project manager
Experience in leading various international teams in complex business environments / complex systems
PMP or GAP IPMA Level C certification advantageous
EPM MUST & SAP ERP experience (Project / Purchasing / Logistics / PLM modules)
Radar knowledge advantageous (hardware software system)
Production / Configuration Management / ILS /ISS experience within HENSOLDT advantageous
Customer orientation and the ability to work independently in a complex environment analytical and independent way of working
Assertiveness and ability to reach consensus ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
Very good knowledge of German and English
