The Customer Program Management (CPM) team is a globally focused group that strategically manages and executes high-priority projects for our Enterprise and STRAC customers. We provide expert oversight ensuring projects stay clearly defined and on track to deliver successful outcomes. The CPM team is pivotal in guaranteeing a seamless onboarding experience for Enterprise clients adopting both our established and innovative product offerings. By effectively managing communication with all internal and external stakeholders it ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle ultimately driving value and success for our key customers.
Your Impact
Deliverect is looking for a dynamic Customer Program Manager to drive the successful rollout and adoption of our platform across enterprise clients. This role plays a critical part in orchestrating cross-functional collaboration optimising onboarding processes and ensuring seamless implementation of product deliverables. By managing complex programmes with precision and foresight the ideal candidate will enhance the customer journey mitigate project risk and ultimately elevate enterprise satisfaction and retention. The position presents an exciting opportunity to deepen expertise in SaaS delivery while contributing meaningfully to Deliverects mission of transforming the hospitality and retail industries.
This is a full-time hybrid role with a flexible work schedule offering 3 days in our London or Ghent office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.
