Job Role HRIS Business Analyst
Salary - $120000-$130000 plus enhanced super
Start date ASAP
Duration 12 month fixed term
I am working with a local council in their search for an experienced Business Analyst with a proven track record in HRIS implementation and exceptional HR stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the business analysis function for the HRIS implementation
- Engage and collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
- Analyse current HR processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories
- Support change management and user adoption strategies
- Work with vendors and internal IT teams to deliver project milestones
About You:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with HRIS implementation experience
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills particularly with HR teams
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
