We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerical Administrator to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a range of tasks from data entry to document management and must be comfortable working both independently and in a team environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support daily operations within the agency.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications including phone calls emails and correspondence.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of client information and insurance policies.
  • Assist clients with inquiries providing information about policies and coverage options.
  • Prepare documents and reports as required for insurance applications and renewals.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings for agents and clients.
  • Ensure that the office environment is organized clean and professional.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associate s degree is a plus)
  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Desired Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with insurance products or services is a plus.
  • Customer service experience and the ability to interact positively with clients.
