Luna Socks is an e-commerce company from Germany with an office in Shanghai. With over 150000 customers we are the European leader for personalized socks for pet lovers. Customers can upload an image of their pet and we print it on socks starting from a minimum order quantity of one. As a Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials production and logistics across our global operations.
Tasks
- Coordinate with suppliers and printing facilities to manage raw material and inventory levels.
- Track and optimize lead times production schedules and delivery timelines.
- Support daily operations related to procurement logistics and fulfillment.
- Analyze supply chain data and suggest process improvements.
- Assist with managing international shipments customs documentation and compliance.
- Work closely with production teams and fulfillment partners.
- Maintain accurate records in inventory and logistics systems (e.g. Excel ERP tools).
- Respond to ad hoc operational issues and solve them swiftly.
Requirements
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
- 13 years of experience in supply chain logistics or operations (E-Commerce experience is a plus).
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with ERPs or supply chain software is a plus.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and a hands-on mentality.
- Ability to work independently and under time pressure especially in Q4.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Logistics Supply Chain or related field.
