Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes including conducting orientations for operators.
Handle all work pass-related matters for foreign employees.
Maintain training records and certifications for operators; support training logistics and administration.
Coordinate and support HR welfare programs and employee engagement initiatives.
Oversee eLeave management and generate reports using the Workday system.
Manage general HR administrative duties such as maintaining personnel files and updating employee records in Workday.
Handle day-to-day HR matters for blue-collar workers (operators) resolving operational issues as they arise.
Track and ensure timely confirmation of new hires.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business or Human Resources with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an approachable and friendly demeanor.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking internal stakeholders.
