Job Description

Job Description:

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes including conducting orientations for operators.

  • Handle all work pass-related matters for foreign employees.

  • Maintain training records and certifications for operators; support training logistics and administration.

  • Coordinate and support HR welfare programs and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Oversee eLeave management and generate reports using the Workday system.

  • Manage general HR administrative duties such as maintaining personnel files and updating employee records in Workday.

  • Handle day-to-day HR matters for blue-collar workers (operators) resolving operational issues as they arise.

  • Track and ensure timely confirmation of new hires.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business or Human Resources with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an approachable and friendly demeanor.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

  • Able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking internal stakeholders.
