Precision Imaging Centers is currently seeking a PRN Radiologic Technologist Assistant to support our St. Augustine outpatient imaging center. This position will primarily cover Saturdays and some weekday evenings based on business needs.
Our centers serve ambulatory outpatient-only patients. There is no on-call requirement.

The Radiologic Technologist Assistant will assist Technologists in daily operations to ensure high-quality hands-on patient care. This fast-paced role requires physical stamina compassion and strong time management. Venipuncture experience and the ability to position patients for imaging are strongly preferred.
You must be available to work Saturdays and some evenings as needed.
Obtain patient history & screen for safety 20%
Perform venipuncture when applicable 15%
Explain procedures to patients 10%
Ensure accuracy on orders 15%
Change & position patients for exams 30%
Coordinate multiple exam workflows 10%
Restock supplies
Perform laundry and light housekeeping
Sanitize waiting and procedure rooms
Education:
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
AA/AS Degree (Preferred)
Experience:
1 year of medical terminology experience
Experience assisting with MR imaging and MRI safety knowledge preferred
Venipuncture required
Certifications:
Phlebotomy Certification (Preferred)
BLS Certification (Preferred)
Skills/Abilities:
Strong communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of radiological procedures
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift/carry 25 lbs
Extended periods of standing and walking
Availability:
PRN schedule with availability required for Saturdays and occasional evenings
