Job Description
We are seeking a high-energy detail-driven Account Service Representative to join a top-tier building materials distributor in Yonkers! This is a full-time in-person role where youll be the first point of contact for customers placing orders by phone email and fax ensuring accuracy efficiency and exceptional service every step of the way.
What Youll Do:
Manage customer orders (email phone fax) with accuracy and urgency
Confirm orders follow up on quotes and coordinate special orders with vendors
Apply your growing product knowledge to help customers get what they need
Juggle multiple tasks while staying sharp and detailed
Collaborate across departments to deliver a seamless customer experience
Qualifications :
What Youll Need:
13 years of building materials or related industry experience (preferred but not required)
Strong technical skills (Microsoft Outlook Word Excel)
Top-tier organization attention to detail and time management skills
Clear and professional communication both written and verbal
A positive team-first attitude and a knack for problem-solving under pressure
