A leading provider in the commercial roofing industry is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee projects from start to finish. This role requires expertise in commercial roofing project coordination and team leadership. What Youll Do:
- Manage commercial roofing projects from planning to completion
- Oversee budgets schedules and subcontractor performance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
- Coordinate with clients vendors and internal teams for smooth execution
- Problem-solve on-site challenges and maintain project efficiency
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in commercial roofing or construction management
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials installation methods and building codes
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
