Job Description
In this role you work closely with remote teams in a global environment. You are responsible for financial management and analysis purchase order management and IT cost control and optimization.
- Manage essential controlling activities including budgeting forecasting year-end closing accrual processes and financial reporting in collaboration with your team.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights with tools such as Power BI or SAP.
- Manage the creation validation and monitoring of purchase orders in our purchasing tool.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and keep alignment with budgetary goals.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities within IT operations balancing efficiency with financial responsibility.
- Provide support in related fields such as License Management Project Controlling and more.
Qualifications :
- Completed university degree in Finance Business Administration Economics Mathematics or a related field.
- First experience in financial controlling ideally in an IT or technology-focused environment.
- Practical expertise with tools like Power BI SAP and other reporting or analytics platforms. Experience with Jaggaer is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently embrace challenges and manage diverse tasks confidently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to perform the described tasks accurately.
- Solid teamwork and communication skills will help you to collaborate with remote teams in an international setting.
- Very good written and spoken English skills are essential. German language skills are a plus.
