Job Description
Were looking for a Public Relations Specialist to join our growing business!
Media Relations
- Assists the PR Manager in growing and maintaining a robust media network
- Pitches stories to key media contacts and generates coverage
- Builds micro-influencer database from Facebook groups TikTok YouTube and other social media platforms
- Drives the processing of media queries and requests
Media Monitoring and Reporting
Tracks media coverage and prepares detailed reports on SOV and sentiment
Content Creation and Development
- Assists in the conceptualization of various forms of communication plans
- Conducts research on recent news and stories related to the company competitors and the industry
- Assists in the development of high-quality content for various platforms including internal communications social media award entries and newsletters
Crisis Communications
- Contributes to the creation of quick-response plans and communication materials during crisis situations
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism Marketing or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in public relations media relations or communications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino with proven ability to create content for various platforms
- Experience in media and influencer relations including building and maintaining media networks and micro-influencer databases
- Proficient in media monitoring tracking coverage and preparing reports on share of voice (SOV) and sentiment
- Proactive detail-oriented and familiar with basic crisis communication strategies
