- Design and manage national GTM sprints using agile methodologies tailored to broker-centric delivery.
- Own the sprint planning process including workstream timelines task management sprint ceremonies and reporting rhythms.
- Drive cross-functional coordination with product marketing and frontline sales teams to support consistent execution.
- Track delivery progress manage risks and dependencies and escalate issues where needed to maintain delivery integrity.
- Monitor performance metrics adoption KPIs and broker feedback loops throughout the sprint lifecycle.
- Continuously improve sprint operations and tooling to increase velocity scalability and impact.
Qualifications :
- 7 years of experience in project or program delivery ideally within fintech SaaS or financial services.
- Proficiency in Jira and related project management tools is essential.
- Deep knowledge of leading project management methodologies including Agile Scrum and/or Kanban.
- Strong delivery leadership with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder communication issue resolution and reporting skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced cross-functional environment with tight deadlines and high accountability.
