Job Description
Seeking a hardworking detail-oriented Nurse who will work closely with our structural heart Nurse Practitioner and Interventional cardiologists to provide quality care to patients undergoing procedures such as TAVR Mitra Clip PFO/ASD and Watchman devices.
Responsibilities can include: Screen and document new referrals assist with obtaining pre-op clearance from outside providers patient and family education coordination of surgical planning with the team documentation of post-op calls and maintaining registry requirements and outcomes.
Work Schedule: Full Time Day Shift Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts
Qualifications :
- Bachelors preferred (or in progress).
- 3 years of clinical nursing experience
- 1 year of care coordination and/or cardiology RN experience preferred
- Current Maryland Nursing License
- (Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland is Required)
- Care Management Certification preferred
- BLS Required
