Job Description
For more than 25 years the Atlas Management team has provided management and human resources solutions to businesses and employment opportunities to individuals. Atlas Management is hiring for a corporation in the Brentwood TN area for a Clinical Recruiter. Clinical Recruiter will be part of a team to staff clinical positions within the company throughout the US. Clinical Recruiter
Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-5p
Location: Remote - Must reside in the Nashville TN area
Status: Contract (Long term/permanent)
Job Experience:
- Full cycle recruiting
- Management of position advertising (working with our Advertising Media partner)
- Contact with candidates
- Running in person or virtual hiring events
- Sourcing candidates online in ATS job boards and various sources
Requirements:
- College degree is preferred but not required.
- A minimum of 4-8 years of Recruiting experience with a strong preference for high volume. Front line entry level staffing experience.
- Experience in medical staffing position is the closest match to our staffing model.
- Communication skills to talk with medical professionals
- Experience with using an ATS PC and Outlook email as well as TEAMS/SKYPE/Zoom or other collaborative /meeting software is a must have.
- Must pass a national criminal background screening
