Job Description
The Chemgineering Group is a global consulting and engineering company with branches in Switzerland Germany Austria Spain Mexico Poland and Serbia. As specialists for efficient processes we design and implement demanding projects for various industries in the fields of pharmaceuticals biotechnology fine chemicals medical technology cosmetics vitamins diagnostics and food.
Your Tasks
- Independent planning implementation and coordination of project-specific qualification and validation activities in accordance with current GMP regulations
- Independent creation of higher-level and system-specific qualification & validation documents
- Creation and implementation of GxP risk analyses
- Preparation of test plans and reports (DQ IQ OQ PQ and CSV)
- Qualification coordination (interface between specialist engineers customers and suppliers)
- Taking on activities as a sub-project manager in the area of qualification & validation
- Implementation of qualifications (DQ IQ OQ PQ and CSV)
- Advising our customers on technical GMP issues
- Support in the acquisition of new customers and orders
- Collaboration on project-specific offers and cost calculations
- Supporting the professional development of the Qualification & Validation department
- Participation in the training of employees at junior level
Your Profile
- Completed studies or training in a technical or scientific field (e.g. studies in pharmacy chemistry process engineering food technology or comparable / training as an industrial foreman FR pharmacy FR chemistry or comparable / preferably with several years of professional experience as a pharmaceutical technician chemical technician or shift supervisor in the production or packaging of pharmaceuticals/medical products)
- Professional experience (> 5 years) in the pharmaceutical/medical technology industry with very good knowledge of qualification/validation
- Familiar and confident handling of current GMP regulations
- Willingness to travel regularly in the D/A/CH region (also for longer periods up to 5 days/week)
- Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work in a team assertiveness and an independent and structured way of working
