What Youve Accomplished
You have completed a BS in Mechanical Engineering Nuclear Engineering or a related engineering degree. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields. You have worked in an engineering role for at least 5 years and are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

- Knowledge in reload licensing of commercial reactors is desired.

As a PWR Non-LOCA Safety Analysis Supervisor in Lynchburg VA you will be part of the proven team in the Fuel Design Business Line in the Fuel Business Unit. Your work will include:
- Assigning tasks to team members
- Planning organizing and directing the PWR Non-LOCA Safety Analysis team activities.
- Supervising workflows to ensure deliverables are safe high quality on time and within budget.
- Providing technical oversight of group work products.
- Facilitating resolution of technical issues and communicating them to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Reporting progress and identifying impediments and issues to management.
- Performing personnel reviews and tracking goals and objectives of the performance for team members.
- Facilitating professional growth and development of group members.
- Ensuring core skills are maintained and new employees are trained and qualified in reload processes for all methods used by the team.
- Implementing improvements to training and qualification processes.
- Supporting Fuels proposal efforts including coordination of multi-disciplinary work scopes with other Framatome business units (e.g. Installed Base Projects & Engineering business unit).
- Representing Framatome in industry meetings as needed.

Your Total Rewards Package
The range of base salary for the position is between $97000 - $131000 and may also include annual incentives performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location.
