Job Type: Full-Time MondayFriday Schedule

- Process innovation to drive quality and efficiency across the department
- Provide oversight and support for estimating activities including guiding the truss estimation team and contributing to design tasks as needed.
- 5 years using MiTek design software
- 2 years in a leadership or management role
- Expertise in both single-family and multifamily truss design
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans
- Organized detail-driven and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
