FSQA Manager
Requirements:
- Monitor and analyze all Food Safety and Quality issues identified through audits operational feedback and customer support reports
- Identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions for deviations audit findings customer concerns and unexpected events
- Manage product specifications and leverage internal tools to enhance processes and improve accessibility of critical information
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the New Product Development and Launch process
- Develop implement and maintain systems for managing product and supplier information
- Schedule finished product audits with third-party laboratories evaluate results and share findings with Sales Procurement and Suppliers
- Maintain all necessary facility and product approval documentation for existing and prospective suppliers
- Collaborate closely with third-party auditors to coordinate and attend supplier facility audits
- Lead internal food safety and quality audits at production facilities
- Report audit findings and recommend corrective actions to senior management
- Ensure thorough onboarding of new employees with training on GMPs HACCP and organizational policies and expectations
Requirements:
- 5 years in similar work environment; 3 years in QA Management
- Bachelors degree in Food Science or related field is preferred
- HACCP certification
- Knowledge of Food Safety and Quality programs
- Experience conducting and interpreting product quality audits and third-party facility audits
- Product and process data management experience
- Proficient in MS Offices (Word Excel PowerPoint)
