Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant BMC Truesight / Helix Operations Management Role
We are looking for a skilled BMC TrueSight / Helix Operations Management Specialist to join our IT Operations team. In this role you will be responsible for implementing configuring maintaining and optimizing the BMC TrueSight or Helix platform to ensure end-to-end visibility performance monitoring and proactive issue resolution across the enterprise IT environment.
Responsibilities
Install configure and administer BMC TrueSight Operations Management and/or BMC Helix solutions
Develop custom dashboards policies rules and alerts to enhance proactive monitoring capabilities
Integrate TrueSight / Helix with various ITSM tools (e.g. BMC Remedy ServiceNow) and other monitoring systems
Perform upgrades patching and health checks for BMC environments
Analyze performance metrics trends and anomalies to improve system reliability and uptime

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
MCA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Collaborate with infrastructure application and DevOps teams for end-to-end monitoring coverage
Manage event noise reduction correlation and root cause analysis
Provide technical support documentation and training to relevant teams
Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and best practices in monitoring
