Job Description
My client is seeking amechanically inclined hands-on professionalto join a dedicated onsite maintenance team. This is a physically active role where no two days are the same one day you might be repairing a fence the next adjusting fan belts or replacing a motor. If youre practical resourceful and enjoy solving mechanical issues this could be the perfect fit.Candidate Must be Bilingual or French Speaking. This position is 100% onsite role.
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance tasks across the manufacturing plant.
Repair fences ventilators motors and other mechanical components
Adjust fan belts and assist with day-to-day upkeep
Respond to requests efficiently and independently
Work closely with the team to maintain smooth facility operations
Requirements:
Mechanical experience with strong hands-on skills.
Candidate Must be Bilingual or French Speaking
Valid drivers license (site is not accessible by public transit)
Physically fit and comfortable in a large plant setting
Electromechanics experience or certification (Quebec-specific)
Able to handle general maintenance (excluding HVAC/electrical)
Nice to Have:
Welding experience is a strong asset
