Role description:
AE/FCAE Full-cycle sales from demo to close; focus on AMRR targets. New business acquisition across the Belgian hospitality sector. FCAE team is newly launched with high growth potential.
Field AE Similar to FCAE with added field-based responsibilities; strong need for independence and maturity; measured on visits and demos in month 12 then AMRR.

Must haves:

B2B sales experience ideally with closing experience (AE/FCAE)
Proven independence and CRM discipline (Field AE)

Salary range & secondary benefits (Dont share exact range there is some flex depending on the exact role):
AE 35.1K base (41k including holiday/13th month) 23.4K OTE (uncapped; 60% personal 20% team 60% threshold)
Field AE 45.6k base (53 including holiday/13th month) 304K variable-> 80% personal 20% team - threshold of 60% target achievement
