Description

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Provider Technical Lead to enhance our healthcare provider management. You will support the Provider Team by optimizing data systems improving business processes and contributing to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing provider and member experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain provider data and records.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements in processes and systems.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance.
  • Contribute to planning project management and contract implementation.
  • Build strong relationships with providers and external partners.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in provider management and healthcare systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance.



Skills And Experiences

About you

Mandatory

  • 3 years experience in medical billing or claims management setting
  • Experience analysing business processes and problem solving in complex environments
  • Experience with claims management or similar systems
  • Project management skills to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities and influence outcomes
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Suite (Word Excel Powerpoint Teams etc)

Highly desirable

  • Understanding of the PHI legislative environment and other PHI obligations.
  • Experience in a customer facing role including escalation management
  • Strong ability to assess information.
  • Effective interpersonal communication (verbal and written) time management planning and organisational skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
