The Role

Adelaide PHN is looking for a dynamic and strategic Integration and Relationships Coordinator to play a pivotal role in shaping a more connected responsive and people-centred health system across metropolitan Adelaide.

You may have had experience in previous roles in the primary health sector such as: Senior Project Officer Project Manager Program Manager Primary Health Care Manager Health Services Manager Partnerships Manager Senior Manager Health.
This position is being offered as full time and is funded until June 2026. Future employment is subject to ongoing funding.
