We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Admin Manager to leadthe daily business operations. This role will lead our support function operations and will report directly to the Director of Service Operations for Key accounts. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to service coordination people leadership collaboration with new equipment install team A/P A/R & collections. This position will require the responsibility of leading and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. This position will require the development and evaluation of key performance indicators (KPIs) for all employees.
