- Answer incoming Service Department phones
- Service appointment scheduling
- Cashiering Service and Parts customers Including taking credit cards and cash
- Balancing transactions at the end of each day including the cash drawer.
- Closing completed work orders
- Rental/Loaner car agent using GM software
- Scanning and filing of documents
- Calling guests who are overdue for service
- Keeping a working inventory of office supplies
- Assisting in Extended Warranty claim submissions
- Scheduling guests for Smog VIN verifications & Weight certificates
- Commitment to excellent guest experience on the phone/email in the store and after purchase
- Valid state drivers license and good driving record (no major violations)
- X-Time and CDK experience is a plus
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
Salary:$17.95 - $30.00 per hour
*Pay is based on applicable experience and skills. This job is eligible for commissions based on individual sales metrics.
