Job Title: Wealth Management Coordinator East Hills NY-Entry Level

Job Summary: The Wealth Management Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Senior Financial Advisor ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the advisory team. This role requires a proactive detail-oriented and organized individual who can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:
    • Manage the Senior Financial Advisors calendar including scheduling appointments.
    • Prepare and organize meeting materials reports and presentations.
    • Handle incoming calls emails and correspondence responding promptly and professionally.
    • Prepare material for Seminars and prepare marketing material.
    • Prepare marketing material to send to clients for seminars.
  2. Client Service:
    • Assist with client onboarding including gathering necessary documentation and preparing client files.
    • Maintain client records in accordance with compliance and regulatory standards.
    • Serve as a point of contact for clients addressing inquiries scheduling reviews and providing exceptional service.
  3. Financial Data Management:
    • Assist with data entry and management of client information in financial software systems.
    • Help prepare financial documents including statements reports and investment summaries.
  4. Compliance and Regulatory Support:
    • Ensure all client communications and documentation comply with industry regulations and company policies. Maintain organized and up-to-date client and office files electronically.
    • Assist with audits and compliance reviews as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Entry level -Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hourly salary range: $22-$25 an hour depending on experience
  • This is an in office position working full time on a team.
