40Job Description Summary:
The Practice Leader manages and provides operational leadership to assigned areas of the MarinHealth Medical Network Ambulatory Clinics ensuring they meet the MarinHealth enterprise-wide goals and initiatives of safety affordability quality satisfaction and access. Plans and organizes operations and resources to ensure effective and efficient delivery of patient care consistent with best practices. Proactively manages policy and procedure guaranteeing compliance with the clinic affiliates vendors the MarinHealth enterprise and state and federal regulatory agencies where applicable. Takes a strategic and tactical approach in identifying best practices standardizing workflows and proposing plans of action to implement changes. Implements and manages capital and operational budgets to achieve financial targets through the effective use of personnel resources and supplies. Develops and maintains a solid partnership with internal and external peers leaders and/or regulatory agencies to facilitate and collaborate on initiatives or solve issues. Provides guidance and/or direct intervention in resolving challenging or complex situations with an empathetic and solution-based approach. Accountable for role modeling principles defined by the C.A.R.E.S Standards clinic or enterprise-wide initiatives and the MarinHealth Mission To provide exceptional healthcare services in a compassionate and healing environment.Job Requirements Prerequisites and Essential Functions:

The compensation for this role listed on this posting is in compliance with applicable law. The selected candidates compensation will be determined based on the individuals skills experience internal/market equity factors and qualifications. This posted minimum and maximum range represents the minimum and maximum of what we reasonably expect to compensate for the position. Furthermore all compensation decisions are ultimately determined in accordance with our compensation philosophy. Compensation for positions covered by collective bargaining agreements are governed by the agreements in the aforementioned document.
