GENERAL LABOURER

Since its founding in 2004 Podium Developments has a successful track record of entitling developing and constructing new mixed-use residential buildings in urban infill locations often near major educational institutions. As a vertically integrated development construction and asset management business Podium applies and leverages all business lenses together to produce successful projects from conception to delivery and management beyond. WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Podium is seeking a General Labourer to join our construction team at 3070 Ellesmere Scarborough. In this role youll provide essential support to our on-site team as we build new projects where Podium acts as the Construction Manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Loading and unloading construction materials.
Physically move materials within the site.
Site cleanup.
Cleaning sweeping vacuuming and collecting construction waste.
Assist machine operators (signaling).
Direct traffic on site and onto/off of site.
Accepting deliveries.
Tend sump pumps compressors or generators.
Minor earthworks digging compacting levelling earth.
Hoist operation
