Job Description
Position : QA Engineer (LATAM & Philippines Hiring)
Clients Industry: Information Services
Working Hours : Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm EST
Salary Range : 1500 USD - 2400 USD
Role Overview
Were looking for a QA Engineer with a minimum of 3 years experience to join our product team. This role is crucial to our growth as we scale our web-based platform and integrate new AI-driven features.
You ll be responsible for owning the QA process across billing feature testing and web app performance with room to drive automation improvements. The right candidate will bring strong communication skills an eye for detail and a deep understanding of both product quality and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn the GPX platform and business context within the first 90 days
- Conduct manual and automated testing across our web app billing system and new features
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams
- Maintain and evolve existing QA processes
- Identify test cases create test scripts and execute regression testing
- Evaluate and suggest improvements for QA tooling and test coverage
- Validate AI-powered features for accuracy logic and customer context
What We re Looking For
- 3 years of hands-on QA experience in web and SaaS environments
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and automation best practices
- Experience with testing tools like Selenium Postman or similar
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Independent and self-motivated but also a strong team collaborator
- Comfortable working with time zone overlap with the US (Eastern preferred)
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Bonus: Experience in IoT GPS or similar industries
