Job Description

Primary Responsibilities
Summary Function: Oversee the activities of the Title III Part F STEM Lobotrack grant; coordinate the development of policies and procedures regarding the grant faculty development bridge programs learning communities and related grant piloted activities; assist with all required internal and external reports; work with key personnel across all four campuses; supervise Lobotrack staff; facilitate institutionalization of practices and improvements; and assure compliance with all local state and federal rules and regulations. Scope: Working with the Executive Director and all Project staff to complete goals and objectives proposed in the Title III STEM Lobotrack grant application. Duties Essential: Administer key features of the STEM Lobotrack project; implement a comprehensive STEM internship program; facilitate STEM student summer bridge program; identify STEM internship opportunities and facilitate student participation and success; coordinate efforts with the Career Services Center; works with students and program directors to identify marketable skills to be acquired through opportunities; oversee grant-funded stipends to support students patiicipating in unpaid internships; evaluate project accomplishments benchmarks and lessons learned internally and externally; assist with project reports for the institution and the U.S. Department of Education; facilitate all external and internal services and consultants operate and execute according to schedule; facilitate Project evaluation. Responsible for personal safety and the safety of others; must exercise due caution and practice safe work habits at all times. Supervision Received: Executive Director of Title V FSE and Title Ill Lobotrack. Given: Working Conditions Usual: Office Conditions; exempt from overtime provisions. Position is Security Sensitive. Any qualifications to be considered in lieu of stated minimums require the prior approval of the Human Resources Director.

The report also contains information about crime statistics for the three most recent calendar years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus; in On-Campus Student Housing Facilities; in Non-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by the University or a recognized student organization; and on public property within or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus. The report also contains fire statistics for any fires occurring in an On-Campus Student Housing Facility during the three most recent calendar years.
