Job Description

We are hiring a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2025-2026 School Year in Shawnee Missouri! This is a full time position following the school district calendar that pays $65.00/Hour and includes benefits. Apply now to learn more!The Board Certified Behavior Analyst ES provides consultation training conducts behavioral evaluations and develops/implements behavior intervention plans for individuals with academic and behavioral deficits. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates observes assesses and supervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the school Requirements:Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)Masters degree in applied behavior analysis teaching psychology or related fieldPreferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schoolsOne (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferredCurrent CPR if applicableTB questionnaire PPD or chest x-ray if applicable Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) Must meet all federal state and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of age
