OVERVIEW

Archer Western Constructionis currently seeking aPipefitterfor the WMW/Timpanogos Special Service District inAmerican Fork Utah .

The Pipefitter will assemble install and replace pipe systems and related portions including metal plastic ceramic and composition; install plumbing fixtures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assembles and installs piping and tubing systems that are to conduct water steam air and other fluids solids or gases in and around buildings and structures
• Installs vacuum piping systems drainage and sewage lines (laterals) from buildings to the point of attachment
• Handles and moves materials and equipment to be used by plumbers pipefitters and steamfitters

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 Years Verifiable Experience Preferred
• Experience in working with piping systems and fixtures; adequate knowledge of lengths and construction measurements for use of tools and machinery
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; may be required to work in adverse weather conditions
• Requires the ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properly
• Possess a strong work ethic and desire to learn
• Requires good manual dexterity; may be standing bending kneeling or sitting for long periods
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening

RESPONSABILIDADES

• Ensambla e instala sistemas de tuberas que conducen agua vapor aire y otros fluidos slidos o gases dentro y alrededor de edificios y estructuras
• Instala sistemas de tuberas de vaco lneas de drenaje y alcantarillado (laterales) desde los edificios hasta el punto de fijacin
• Mueve materiales y equipos para ser utilizados por fontaneros instaladores de tuberas y instaladores de vaporizador.

CALIFICACIONES

• 3-5 aos de experiencia verificable preferida
• Experiencia trabajando con sistemas de tuberas y accesorios; Conocimiento adecuado de longitudes y medidas de construccin para el uso de herramientas y maquinaria
• Se requiere estar estar de pie agachado arrodillado o sentado durante largos perodos
• debe poder levantar hasta 50 libras; puede ser requerido para trabajar en varias condiciones climticas
