Job Description
Job Title: Power BI
Location: Raymond OH
Job Description:
- 5 years of experience in designing building and optimizing Microsoft Power BI dashboards with a focus on usability performance and flexibility
- Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Power BI Proficiency:
- Expertise in creating interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards
- Proficiency in Power BI Desktop Power BI Service
- Ability to connect to a wide range of data sources from cloud and on-premises sources
- Experience with Power Query for data transformation and cleansing
- Knowledge of integrating Power BI with Azure services
- Understanding of row-level security (RLS) and other security features in Power BI
- Knowledge of data governance practices and compliance requirements
- Knowledge on NIST standards and guidelines
- Experience with managing Power BI workspaces datasets and dataflows
- Understanding of Power BI Premium and its features
- Experience in creating complex dashboards and reports
- Proven ability to work with large datasets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Consulting: Business consulting IT strategy and digital transformation
- Skills in optimizing Power BI reports for performance including data load optimization and query performance tuning
- Design develop and maintain PowerBI reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements
- Optimize and improve existing BI solutions
- Able to extract and merge information from a variety of structured and unstructured sources
