Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at the Canonbury Tavern. This high-volume site demands a proactive individual who is ready to step up and manage operations in the absence of the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations ensuring optimal performance in the General Managers absence.
- Manage orders and stock levels efficiently using our systems.
- Utilize knowledge of our payroll system Selima and stock management system Stocklink.
- Assist with maintenance operations through our maintenance system Pronet.
- Act as the eyes and ears of the General Manager maintaining standards and ensuring smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a high-volume environment.
- Proficient in Selima and Stocklink.
- Familiarity with maintenance systems particularly Pronet.
- Strong leadership skills and a commitment to developing team members.
