What youll do:
- Oversee site operations to ensure alignment with project programs budgets and safety standards.
- Ensure trades work safely and cooperatively meeting contractual obligations.
- Implement and follow Health Safety Environment and Quality processes fostering a safety culture on site.
- Use Hammertech to report on site operations and conduct regular Health and Safety reviews.
- Run daily pre-start meetings manage risks ensure proper inductions and records and mentor junior team members.
Who you are:
- Passion for the construction industry with a strong focus on safety and experience as a Site Supervisor in Tier 1 or Tier 2 environments.
- Understanding of best practice construction and safety methodologies with a track record of safe high-quality project delivery.
- Experience across various project types including commercial residential and education with a focus on new builds and fitouts.
- Ability to supervise teams subcontractors and consultants collaborate effectively and manage multiple priorities with experience in Hammertech or similar systems.
Who you are:
- 5 years of construction site-based experience in safety roles with a passion for creating safe workplaces.
- Diploma or Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety and knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Strong communication interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders.
- Well-developed time management organisational skills and experience with Hammertech.
